| What equipment is required? |
Children are encouraged to bring their own helmet. Access to the room/hall is needed one hour beforehand to set up. Access to a television, data projector or interactive whiteboard is helpful, but not necessary. A few groups of tables and chairs would be helpful, but may not be necessary if students are willing to do the activities sitting/kneeling on the floor in small groups. |

For the PowerPoint presentation: there needs to be space for the students to either sit on the floor as a group or sit on rows of seats. There also needs to be small group spaces as well, for the rotation activities. |
| How many students maximum at one time? |
The maximum number of students is 75 students/three classes, whichever is greater. |
| How many teachers? |
During the incursion a teacher is required for each class, as well as any aides who would normally support students in class time. Teachers are required to supervise the students and to assist them during the rotation activities. |
| What type of preparation is needed by students and teachers? |
No preparation is required, although encouraging children to start thinking about traffic safety is welcomed. "Warm-up" activity sheets can be provided on request. For le Tour de France incursion, a list of French vocabulary that would be helpful to introduce/revise before the incursion can be provided. |
| Are allergies and/or dietary requirements catered for? |
Yes. Please advise any needs at least two weeks prior to the incursion. |

Payment on the day by cheque or direct payment into the Wheels 4 Life bank account would be appreciated. |
